You Don’t Wait to Feel Confident. You Show Up Until You Do.

I’ve been sharing this quote repeatedly with coaching clients lately because it’s resonating across so many different journeys:
“I don’t wait until I’m confident to show up. I show up until I’m confident.”
I’m seeing this truth play out in so many forms right now:
Starting a new role while navigating imposter syndrome
Building a business before it feels fully “ready”
Stepping into leadership for the first time while doubting your worth
Making bold decisions without having every answer
Different paths. Same truth.
We don’t earn confidence by waiting for it.
We earn it by showing up again and again, even when it feels uncomfortable, overwhelming, or unfamiliar.
Showing up before you feel ready is not a sign that you’re underprepared. It’s a sign that you’re growing.
If this is where you are right now, you’re not alone.
Keep going. Confidence is being built with every rep.
