The start of a new year has a way of surfacing things we have been putting off.

A conversation we know we need to have.

A decision we keep circling.

A lingering sense that something at work is not quite right.

A lot of the coaching work I did in 2025 started exactly there... with people saying, “I just need to talk this through with someone.”

Over the past year, that work grew enough that I officially added coaching and mentoring to my services. It has quickly become one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.

I’ve worked with people navigating career transitions, leadership growth, high-stakes decisions, and moments where clarity and confidence mattered most.

If you are heading into this year with something on your mind, you do not have to carry it alone.
